Because our products and services involve immediate access to proprietary materials, strategic information, consulting time, and service capacity, all purchases are generally considered final once access is granted or work has commenced.

By purchasing any service or digital product from RayInTheDark LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once access has been granted.

No refunds will be issued for:

3. Marketing Services & Agency Work

Marketing services may include:

  • Advertising management

  • Account audits
  • Campaign management
  • Other professional marketing services

Once onboarding, planning, research, strategy development, implementation, account review, or any fulfillment work begins, payments become non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Setup fees
  • Onboarding fees
  • Monthly retainers
  • Consulting fees
  • Strategy sessions
  • Audit fees
  • Campaign preparation costs

4. Subscription Services

If a service operates on a recurring subscription basis:

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only.
  • Current billing periods are non-refundable.
  • Access remains available through the end of the paid billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds That May Be Approved

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment

You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a billing error.

Unauthorized Transaction

A payment was made without your authorization, subject to verification and investigation.

Failure of Delivery

You did not receive access to a purchased digital product or service, notified us promptly, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Written Refund Guarantee

7. Refund Request Procedure

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed after access has been provided or services have been delivered, RayInTheDark LLC may submit supporting documentation including:

  • Purchase records
  • Terms acceptance records
  • Access logs
  • Communication history
  • Onboarding records
  • Service notes
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Platform usage records

Access to products, memberships, software, or services may be suspended while a dispute remains unresolved.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.


9. Outstanding Balances

If services, products, or deliverables have been provided and payment is later reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not collected, RayInTheDark LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of valid unpaid balances through lawful collection methods.
