9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, intellectual property, consulting, and marketing services:

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be issued after access, download, delivery, or account access has been provided.

Marketing Services

Payments for strategy, consulting, implementation, audits, retainers, setup fees, and marketing services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds may only be granted where required by applicable law.

10. Subscriptions and Memberships

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund:

  • License

  • Reverse engineer

any RayInTheDark LLC materials without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share account access

  • Share purchased materials

  • Upload malicious software

  • Violate applicable laws

  • Harass staff or community members

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

13. Third-Party Platforms

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact RayInTheDark LLC before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed after products, services, or access have been delivered, RayInTheDark LLC may submit evidence including:

  • Checkout records

  • Access logs

  • Download records

  • Email communications

  • Service records

  • Project documentation

  • Policy acceptance records

Access may be suspended during unresolved disputes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RayInTheDark LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Advertising losses

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.
